Service Description

This is a five week block in line with school term. Where little feet explore & Mamas connects through talks and warm cups of tea. We embrace the seasons of motherhood through guided mindfulness, nature led sensory play and Yoga activities to regulate symbiotically as we create space for toddlers to thrive and mothers to breathe as they grow into the next season of mothering. A weekly dose of support and Solace in solidarity.
